Archadius has been appointed as development consultant for the development of a new boutique hospitality project in the lively and up-and-coming neighborhood of Gazi.
Strategically located in the neighborhood of Gazi, just minutes away from Gazi square and Kerameikos metro station and in a walking distance from the historic center of Athens, this new hospitality project consists of an old residential building that will be converted in a modern, high-end hospitality unit with 7 suites/apartments of 20-50 sqm. The suites/apartments will offer an ideal solution for both short-term and long-term rentals.
The project is planned to be delivered by Q3 of 2021.
