Project Overview
Archadius is providing technical consulting and supervision services for the development of 2 new boutique hotels in the center of Athens. Both hotels belong to the same owner, a new hotel brand currently entering the hospitality market of Athens.
The first hotel is located in the prime center of Athens near Syntagma square and will consist of 25 rooms offering an elegant classic concept, while the second hotel is being developed in the lively area of Exarcheia, aiming to attract younger travellers and accommodate them in it’s 44 modern rooms.
The hotels are planned to be delivered in Q1 and Q2 of 2021 respectively.
Location
Archadius is utilizing it’s extensive experience in development of hospitality units in order to ensure that the projects will be delivered with the highest quality standards within the agreed timeplan. Furthermore, we are acting as a technical consultant of the owner in sustainability issues, advising on solutions that will promote energy efficiency and will improve the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) of the projects.
